Aluminum immobilization splint lined in expanded, pressed and impermeable polypropylene to fluids and blood.

The Urra Splint structure is formed by a thin layer of aluminum coated with closed cell expanded cell, waterproof to fluids and blood.

When it is nervous longitudinally, the splint becomes a semi -rigid support for the distal parts of the limbs.

The surface is soft and sufficiently resistant to be hygienized and reused again and again.

Thanks to its small size, it can be placed within all types of first aid myself and equip all first aid kits.
