Clinical power and critical monitoring in a single device: the Reanibex 700 with SpO2 offers manual defibrillation, AED and Masimo pulse oximetry for a comprehensive medical response.
When the patient's life depends on a precise clinical decision, the Reanibex 700 from Bexen Cardio becomes the gold standard for the healthcare professional. This hybrid device combines the simplicity of an AED with the advanced capabilities of a transportation monitor. Its integration with Masimo SET® technology for SpO2 ensures reliable oxygen saturation readings even in conditions of low perfusion or patient movement. Designed to be modular, it allows hospitals and medical centers to scale their functions as needed, offering a high-resolution screen that displays ECG and plethysmography curves with complete clarity. It is the ultimate tool for physical therapists specialized in cardiac rehabilitation and emergency physicians looking for robustness, lightness and an intuitive interface in high-pressure situations.

Features:
AED mode:It analyzes the ECG signal and recommends defibrillation if necessary, guiding the user during the action protocol. The Reanibex 700 provides audio and visual instructions on the screen in addition to offering CPR assistance. It incorporates a metronome that will mark the appropriate rhythm to follow during the application of compressions and an indicator that will inform us about the quality of the cardiac massage.
Manual Mode:The user must interpret the ECG rhythm, decide if defibrillation or cardioversion is indicated, select the appropriate energy level, charge the energy, and perform the shock. This shock is transmitted through reusable external paddles, disposable internal paddles, or disposable patches.
SPO2 monitoring:Pulse oximetry is a continuous, non-invasive method of measuring the level of arterial blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) and pulse rate (PF). The measurement is obtained by placing a sensor on the patient, usually on the fingertips or earlobe for adult patients, and on the hand or foot for neonatal patients. The sensor connects to the equipment via a patient cable. The sensor captures the patient's data signal and sends it to the equipment.
