1. Clean the area:Make sure the skin is clean and dry (you can use a tack spray like Cramer Tuf-Skin for maximum hold).   

2. Cut to size:Cut the necessary piece and round the corners with scissors to prevent it from coming off when the sock rubs against it.

3. Apply:ÂRemove the adhesive backing and press firmly on the friction area or around the blister.
