Device to exercise the pelvic floor muscles, to prepare for childbirth and to restore muscle tone in the postpartum.
    - Consists of a silicone balloon and a hand knob with an integrated pressure display (biofeedback) to monitor improvement in pelvic floor muscle tone

    PREPARATION FOR BIRTH:
    - The EPI-NO has been developed in close collaboration with gynecologists, midwives and patients as a pelvic floor muscle exerciser
    - It is an exerciser for pre and postpartum that will help you regenerate the pelvic floor muscles to their previous state
    - It has a pressure display device or manometer (biofeedback) that will help you locate those hard-to-find pelvic floor muscles. Biofeedback also helps monitor your progress, records pelvic floor muscle tone, and motivates you to improve results.

    Consists in:

Why exercise the pelvic floor muscles?
    - During pregnancy and childbirth your pelvic floor muscles will be extremely stretched. Your body will partially regenerate these muscles naturally
    - However, with a thorough relaxation/contraction training program, these muscles will soon regain their previous strength and tone. Exercising with the EPI-NO Delphine Plus will help you achieve this goal
    - At the beginning of training the pelvic floor muscles, the most common problem is that many women do not even know where they are located or have difficulty tensing these muscles specifically.
    - That is why training is important, to develop control over the pelvic floor muscles and detect the correct muscle groups
    - The EPI-NO Delphine Plus provides you with effective help thanks to Biofeedback
