This multiagarre weight bar has 3 ASA positions, one of them at an angle of 75 °. The vertical position of the hands discharges the dolls and shoulders during the exercise. The space between each handle is ideal to move from a firm grip to a wider grip based on the required muscle work (triceps or pectorals).

Drilling album stops are supplied.

The ABS disc of Ø5.1 cm (Ref. SV1665/SV1648/SV1649) and the alu disc of Ø5.1 cm (Ref. SV166/SV1767/SV1768) are not compatible with the loading handle of this bar.
