For use both sporting level such as in training or in clinics for rehabilitation therapy . The system allows the intensity of the exercises to be progressively increased depending on the improvement shown by the athlete or patient. The circular space of the platform has been designed to house the fitball, stability trainer and Freeman plates. It also includes 6 anchor points to attach thera-band tubing in different positions depending on the exercise to be performed.
