Togu Flexvit mini - Black

Elastic fabric exercise band with great elasticity capacity. The compact size of the bands and the enormous variety of exercises allow an effective workout in any place and/or space.

They can be used to activate, stabilize and tone the body. It is also used to help correct the execution of complex exercises.

Used by coaches, amateur and professional athletes in their training.

Its intensity is ideal for strength work at low speed (oriented towards maximum strength), in poorly trained people and, if trained, it serves as a stimulus to improve already controlled exercises.

- TG650103 - Yellow: Low intensity - Resistance 2/6 Kg.
- TG650102 - Red: Medium-high intensity – Resistance 8/16 Kg.
- TG650105 - Black: High intensity – Resistance 16/26 Kg.
